What do I need to run Red October HQ?

I have an old server with a 32-bit OS and 4GB RAM. Over ethernet I send video to a NUC with 4GB RAM. It can barely handle 1080p video in standard Red October. Is that because I don't have enough RAM? Or do I need a system with an add-on video card? And what would that be, at minimum?

Also, do the specs of the server play much of a role?

Red October HQ uses a high powered graphics card to provide higher quality video playback results.

If your system can barely do Red October Standard, then you would need a video card with sufficient capability.
