Is there a discrete play hidden somewhere in MCWS?
« on: March 22, 2015, 03:08:17 pm »

I am trying to migrate my system from having one Girder on the house central automation server and one on each computer with MC to only using the automation server and do all commands via MCWS. But I've hit a little snag. Some of my logic demands that I can set discrete play (like with 10001 in a local mcc command), but from what I can see the Pause?State=0 only works if playback is paused, and not when playback is stopped. Is there a discrete play command hidden there somewhere? I'm not able to find it. It is ouf course possible to code around this (everything's possible, with a little help...), but shouldn't the MCWS ideally have versions of all the commands that can be sent in other ways?

You could use MCWS to send the MCC code that you said works.

Thanks, Matt! I didn't see that at the end of the doc file! This works perfectly:
