pono desktop app will not connect to pono music world after switch to firefox

Ever since I switched from chrome to firefox i cannot get the desktop app to connect to pono music world.  when I try to login, it tells me it can't find the server.  However, it did download an upgrade, so the desktop app is connecting to the web.  I went to the tree and switched it from chromium to IE, no help.  I also tried several older versions of the desktop app installs, still no help.  I cannot download music - and this is a SERIOUS problem!  help please!

If you send a Media Center log file we'll take a look:
1. Help / Logging / Enable logging
2. try (and fail) to login to Pono store
3. Help / Logging / Report problem
4. send log to logs at jriver dot com
