No Volume for JRiver, but Windows Media is fine

Just got a new computer and completed JRiver set up.  I have no volume on computer speakers.  Any ideas?  I did not experience this on my old computer. Thanks for any help.

If that doesn't fix it, check the troubleshooting guide linked in that article, and make sure you understand the Volume settings in MC:
