theater view - Video
« on: March 28, 2015, 02:25:18 pm »

Hi,

How about making it possible to go directly to the videos by pressing the Video-button on the remote?

By pressing the Music-button on the remote, one is guided directly to the music albums, so it would be logical - in my oppinion - that the same would happen when pressing the Video-button.

Go directly to which videos one might ask. Well, if you have no sub-categories then this would make sense at least.

Kind Regards,
Jarle

You can do this already with an MCC (core command).

mc20.exe /MCC 22001,5

I have tried many different things in the remote contol commands window. Nothing seems to work. Don't know if it has anything to do with how I have set up the Videos structure inside Theater View. I have removed all sub categories. I.e, all my videos are found in the "main" Video tab in Theater View.

Can anyone else try this out please? locate the videos directly under the Video library (remove the sub categories) and try to enter Theater view-Video via the remote, and see if this works? I.e see if one click on the Video button on the remote takes you directly to the videos.
