Ive only had my 3G 20gig iPod for a few days and it was working ok (ish) with MC9.1, I say ish because it crashed every now and then and it would also take a few minutes to connect with my PC (Win XP). In order to connect my iPod to my PC I first have to dock it in the normal way, then my PC will recognise it and in about 1 minute it will just eject it without me doing a thing!! (even if its part way through a sync) Then I have to right-click the iPod logo in the taskbar and select Mount iPod, wait for the successfully mounted iPod screen and away I go.
But today every time I try to import iPod data to MC (to update my tags) it crashes and I get a Media Core has encountered a problem and needs to close message appear.
Ive just updated to version 9.1.265 thinking this might help but it doesnt.
Is anyone else having this sort of trouble?
So far Im not that impressed with the iPods compatibility with Windows PCs and also Im not that impressed with MC9.1, Ive paid $39.98 for something which is basically littered with bugs and does not do what I bought it to do.
