Using Media Center to transfer files to Pono

Hi all,

Been using Media Center for a few years now. Friend loaned me a Pono and I wanted to put some Hi-Res music on it. Do I need to download PonoMusic World or can I just use Media Center to transfer files to the Pono? Or does anyone know if I can just use Explorer (I'm on Windows 7).

(I realize I can find this out later tonight by trying stuff on my own system, but am hoping to understand the capabilities before I dive in).
