Is there a way to change the way song titles are saved
« on: April 14, 2015, 06:57:28 pm »

Is there a way to have MC rip or convert music files with the track number and track name instead of placing the artist name in front of the track name? For example, when I rip a disk from Alison Krauss & Union Station, the name precedes the song title even though the files live in the artists' folder. The problem is that the track number is not visible when looking at filenames and when an album is converted to mp3, my car only shows the artists' name due to the length of the text.

thanks

Use the rename, move, copy tool

You can make any file names you want, pretty easily

And additionally, you can specify how to name rips in options>File locations
