Could you send me a log file? Follow these instructions:

Turn on MC's logging for CD burning by changing the value of this registry key from zero (0) to one (1):

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\JRiver\Media Jukebox\CD Writer\Logger

Then just start up Media Center and go to the Tools/Options/CD Writer Settings dialog and click the "Detect" button.  Then exit MC and find a file in the MC program directory called "cdwriter.log" and email that to me. Remember that the log file is overwritten each time you start up MC, so you must send the file before restarting MC.

Also, what is the model name/number of your CD burner?

Thanks!

Actually, before you even try the above procedure, you should check your "ASPI" layer to see if it's valid. Please download a free Adaptec aspi checker at this link:

http://www.adaptec.com/worldwide/support/driverdetail.html?filekey=aspichk.exe

Run this program on your computer and then post the results here.

Thanks!
