Version 20 Upgrade

Years ago I "upgraded" to version 14 from version 13. In doing so, I lost all my custom fields when I imported my 9000+ files into my new version 14 library, so I went back to version 13 and have been on that for the last several years.

If I upgrade to version 20, how can I import my MP3 files into a new library and retain all the custom fields (with the data that's in them) that I added in version 13?

For that matter, how can I bring my current skin and layout into version 20?

And lastly, is the upgrade still around $26?
