smartlist question
« on: September 24, 2003, 02:26:23 pm »

The auto-generated "Top Hits" smartlist uses a seemingly strange (and undocumented?) syntax:

[number plays]=>0 ~seq=[number plays] ~sort=[seq]-d ~n=100

What is "~seq"?  In this particular list, it seems it would be easier to omit the assignment to "~seq", and just sort on "[number plays]-d".

So... what does "~seq" do, what else can it do, etc.  Playing with this, I found that "~sequ" doesn't work the same, so "~seq" must be something built-in..

Thanks
Gary

It fills in the sequence column with whatever you want.
