GPU Tweak Streaming VirtualCam

I'm "pruning" as a precaution to eliminate possible conflicts with JRiver (that might cause loss of connections to tuners that happens from time to time)

I noticed in Options - Televison - Manage Devices that I have a third "tuner" listed - GPUTweak Streaming Virutal Cam.

I don't stream from my video card so I uninstalled GPU Tweakstreaming and I disable Nvidia Steaming Service, but GPUTWEAM Steaming Virtual Cam is still listed in JRiver as a tuner.

Should I take any action?
