Recording indicator
« on: July 15, 2015, 04:52:36 am »

When I select "record current hour" then OSD shows "recording" under channel name, but when OSD disappear and I bring it on again then there is no "recording..." information. I think it would be better to know if recording is under way.

What happens when I select another "record current hour" while previous recording is under way? (I think I have too many entries under "Recordings" listing - see attached screenshot).

Recording should stay on after started, even after OSD disappears.  When you display OSD again, under Recording, it should say "On, use left or right arrow key to cancel".

Maybe something else caused recording to stop.

Only one thing that I can think of - maybe you ran out of disk space?

Thanks! I didn't notice that.

There's 60GB of free space. The recording has been saved on disk and it's playable by clicking on jtv file. Just entries at "Recordings" window are strange. I'll tighter investigate it later.

You should be able to see "Recording" in the Television>Recordings view. Are you not seeing this?

Maybe you are referring to Theater View "Guide" view. Sorry if I misunderstand you question.

I confirm there is a bug when recording using right-click menu and choosing "Record current hour".  A duplicate of variable length is recorded, along with a normal recording.
