Accidently bought 2 licenes after thought 1st transction was failed

I cant see other option contacting for support so here i am.
as a site that works with a lot of transactions its not seems reasonable leaving the costumers no choice but posting in the forum.
anyway, i need a refund on the 1st transiciton since i used the key in the 2nd one.
