I purchased the upgrade, clicked on the exe file that downloaded, but got an error that something was not present on the drive. The license on the other hand installed. So, version 21 installation was a failure. I need help or a refund.

By the way, I do have version 20 installed.

Now when I click on the setup.exe file, nothing happens at all.

Try downloading MC20 again and installing it.

If that doesn't work, please tell us what the file is named.  It isn't setup.exe.

I think I have a similar problem as Secrets. Media Center 21 will not install on my Windows 7 laptop.
I reinstalled MC20 and still no progress. I have the latest version of MC20 (200124).  I've installed the License for MC many times but don't see a way to retry the MC21 update.
Why don't I have the MC21 application installer (exe file) in my download directory? I have two versions of the MC20 installer in my download directory (25.6mb) along with 6 versions of the MC license installation.

Please help or refund.
