Upgrade Help Please

Hi,

I am trying to upgrade from Media Center 20 Master to Media Center 21.  However, when I click on the pre-order link titled Direct Link to Windows Upgrade, and enter my registration code, I receive a message telling me that 'we could not find an upgrade available for the registration code you entered'.

I've tried emailing myself the registration code to check, but still no luck.

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

Perhaps your MC20 license already includes MC21. How long ago did you purchase the MC20 Master license?

I purchased the M20 license on the 26th January 2015.

There is probably a typo in the license.  0 (number zero) and O (letter) look similar.  Use copy and paste.
