Stereo Amplifier and Surround Receiver

Is it possible for JRiver to work with two sound cards ?
1- Send Music to DAC that is connected to a Stereo Amplifier
2- Send Movies (sound) to Sound-card that is connected to a Surround Receiver
The Stereo AMP (two front speakers)  is chained to Surround AMP so when viewing a Movie
all speakers work together and give 5.1 surround.

  Running JRiver for Android, JRemote2, Gizmo, & MO 4Media on a Sony Xperia XZ Premium Android 9.
  Playing video out to a Sony 65" TV connected via HDMI, playing digital audio out via motherboard sound card, PCIe TV tuner
