Cannot Find Upgrade for Registration Code

I have a Master License for Media Center 20. I want to Purchase JRiver Media Center 21 Windows as an Upgrade. I just tried to purchase the upgrade at:

http://jriver.com/purchase_21_as_upgrade.html

I received the following error message when I entered my registration code:

"We cannot find an upgrade available for the registration code you entered".

I just worked it out. I can't use the Windows Upgrade link. i had to use teh Master License upgrade link. Thank you!
