Troubles with MC20, and now can't upgrade to MC21

MC20 crashed during a routine start-up update (Blue Screen) after which I was not able to open the program. kept getting message saying .exe file was missing, among others. So I decided to upgrade to MC21. Wont start up, can't find it. Tried putting in key, still get error messages. Running Windows 7 Pro,  64 bit 24G RAM Dell Desktop

Did you install MC20?

Your problem could be with antivirus.  Try reinstalling MC20.
