On the 19 July I bought (paypal) an MC21 licence and saved the respective mjr file. Now that MC21 is available I installed it. When I use my MC21 registration file it tells me "your licence file has expired". ..I can restore

When I ask for my code to be e-mailed again i get :

JRiver, Inc. Media Center 20 Windows: 3SOI1-....., no restores
JRiver, Inc. Media Center 20 Master: UP7E5-....., 20 restores left
JRiver, Inc. Media Center 17: 5VNT9-......, 10 restores left
JRiver, Inc. Media Center 18: BGHJ7-......., 10 restores left
JRiver, Inc. Media Center 18: I9C86-........, 10 restores left
JRiver, Inc. Media Center 19 Windows: E5132-......., 10 restores left

No trace of MC21....what to do ??

Registration Codes never expire.  Those are the codes shown in the email you listed.

Install Keys (the MJR File) expire after 14 days.  After that, to re-use your license, you have to generate a new Install Key.  This is called a "Restore".

When you purchased MC21, if you used a different email address, it wouldn't be in that list.  Try other email addresses you may have used.

If you still can't find it, then you may have made a typo in the email address when entering it, and someone from JRiver will have to search for it for you, I think.

JimH:
Your MC21 license used the adress that begins with "r" at yahoo.

Hi Jim and Glynor, thanks to take the time. It's the one i have checked. I just cannot find the e-mail. I still have the paypal receipt I could mail to you.

Anyway I have just bought a second master licence : as I stated several times the software is worth any single dollar for me and as I will anyway use 21 to try out the linux version and further expand the system through the house I already plan to restore a zillion times switching regularly hardware out.
