21.0.2 (8/7/2015)

1. NEW: Subtitle Support during Video Playback.
2. Changed: Windows redraw better.
3. NEW: Image support. 2D viewing effects only at this time.

Congratulations to Bob, Hendrik, and Matt for some very important changes in this build.  Thank you.

Hendrik:
There will be coming more improvements to Subtitle support soon, including external sidecar subs, and new font rendering. Right now text subs look a bit bad using the bitmap fonts MC uses.
