Since upgrading to JR 21 I keep getting this pop up. Why is this and can I remove it?

Matt:
If it shows over and over when you scan for programs, the only way to fix it is to reset all the TV settings (Options > Television > Setup > Check all three).

Unfortunately I had this happen on a couple of machines at home but it didn't happen at work so I couldn't figure out why.
