The MJ Download Manager won't do the downloads, they are done by the windows default download manager instead.

     The download is started by clicking a link in the IE browser.
     The download manager is active in either the system tray or a window.
     Disable Browser Integration is not checked.
     The manager says Ready in the lower left corner.
     The file being downloaded has an exe or zip extension.

What is the problem, what should I do to get IE to use the MJ Download Manager?
