hmm sorry to say I've never heard of it ...maybe it refers to Tools=>Advance Tools=>Disc Labeler and its sub-menu??

i think it must mean the tree that pops up after you burn a playlist,i was wondering if theirs a way access it?

Select some audio files. Any files. Doesn't matter what.
On the menu at the top of MC, go to Tools -> Advanced Tools -> Disc Labeler
In the menu "tree" on the left, you will see "CD Info".
