EDIT:
Ok, with the setting S32_LE the stream from Geier22 works http://www.radioberlin.de/live.m3u ;)
but my stream http://srv01.radio7.fmstreams.de/stream1/livestream.mp3.m3u do not work for me :(
There is a white Window and nothing happens!

What build and architecture of MC are you running?
if your system supports S32_LE
then setting the format to S32_LE from AUTO shouldn't make any difference.

I set less then 44.1 khz to 41.1 khz everything to 48k brings the same result:
The URL's works now
these both URL's there is no change:
were already installed:
--- Code: ---/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libnettle.so.4
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libnettle.so.4.7
/usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/libnettle.so.4
/usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/libnettle.so.4.7
--- End code ---
--- End quote ---
Try setting the format to S16_LE.
It's possible your DAC supports different sample rates with different formats.
In DSP studio, change all of the sample rates on the output format to 48k
geier22:
Bob,
the settings that you have suggested, do not change the error. The MC window becomes white, in the upper display, it looks as if MC something is playing. That's all. Then I have to kill MC because it becomes unresponsive. I've tried it with softvol and PulseAudio - the same behavior.
The same link in RadioTay works ---> The DAC indicates 41.1 kHz.
VLC and VLC Webplayer works well ----> The DAC indicates 48 kHz.
The Flash player of Radio Polskastacja ---> The DAC indicates 48 kHz.
