Pono Revealer tracks won't load on to my player using Pono Musicworld

I have been trying since they came out with the feature to download a Revealer track to my player. I have been asking Pono support. They had me send my player back and check the hardware. It is fine. They were able to download several revealer tracks. So it is a software issue on my end. I uninstalled Musicworld and reinstalled it. Still does not work.

The message I get with any that I try is "Errors occurred generating this Pono Revealer Track. Please try a different song". I'm running it on Windows 7.

Any ideas?

Or do you mean your trying to sync it to the player?

Can you play MP3 files?

Yes, syncing is probably a better term. It is from my library.

I am trying to create a Pono Revealer track, which would be created on the player.

Do you have space on it?  It takes quite a bit of space.

47 gig.
