TV Channel Switching
« on: August 17, 2015, 02:55:25 am »

Windows 10, MC 20 latest build, Blackgold DVBS2 dual Freesat card.

I have MC set up with Freesat and EPG all working great with one aesthetic issue.
When I switch channels, for a second or two during switching the old channel audio suddenly speeds up, video goes very blocky, new channel video shows with old channel audio before that then switches, this all happens over a couple of seconds but wondered if there are any settings that can make the channel switch more pleasing to the eyes and ears.

Are you using WASAPI exclusive in "Audio"?
Are you using RO-Std or RO+HQ in the Video section?

In Audio
Tried HDMI WASAPI and Direct sound, no change on channel switching.

In Video
Tried RO Standard, RO HQ, tried both with and without hardware acceleration and even tried video clock.

When RO HQ is on the video stutters so cant be used.

All above had no effect on channel switching issue.

You may want to repost this issue in the "TV" section. It may not get the full attention it needs here.
