Freeze ups plus iTunes updates

My MC Server, with several clients, all running most recent MC21, freezes occasionally. SOME of the time I notice iTunes update pop up.

First, are these freezes experienced by others?

Lastly, The iTunes updates are they important?  If not, how do I turn the auto updates off?

What OS are you using?  Win10?

We've seen several freeze reports in the last two or three weeks.

There was also a stuttering audio problem that was caused by Microsoft's antivirus tool, and it's possible this is related.

Anything unusual or new on your machine?

I just recently had a freeze problem with Windows 10.  I'm still using MC20 though.  First time MC ever really froze on me.  All I could do was power off my laptop and reboot.
