Cannot open mjr file to install MC20

I had MC 20 installed but my hard drive failed and new drive did not include MC 20.  I 'restored' my license but the file they sent to reinstall MC 20 cannot be opened by any software on my computer with Windows 10.  What can I do?

Download and install MC20.  Then click on the mjr file or visit the Restore Page.
