Artist Art (Fan Art) not working

Is MC version 18 still supported? I recently reinstalled MC on a fresh Windows 10 installation. The artist art worked for a few days, but now seems to have stopped working. I have the same problem on both of my HTPC running Windows 10. I've checked obvious things like network connectivity, rebooting, and this is a super fresh installation. Any ideas?
