Audible Device Activation problem

When I try to play an .aa-file (in MC21) I get the window "Audible Device Activation".

When I enter "the login and password you use on the Audible website" I get the window "Playback Problem" stating: "Details: Audible error (-27)".

When I click "Help" I get no answer to this problem. Neither when I search Interact.
