your Ipod could not be properly identified

Hello,

New user - this message keeps popping up when I start V20 and now also V21 - I do not own an Ipod - why does this keep popping up?  How do I make it go away?

Try Options > Handhelds > Redetect Devices.

Unplug any USB devices.
