Integer mode cause skipping audio on OS 10.10.5

Since Version 20 I have had to disable Integer mode to get audio to play at all.
This is with a Dragonfly DAC.
Also Version 21 doesn't import playlists from previous version?

Not automatically. However, you can make a Library Backup in MC20 and then restore it into MC21 and it'll put you exactly where you were:
