MC onscreen volume bar with WDM driver
« on: February 04, 2016, 12:01:24 pm »

Is it possible to get the onscreen volume bar to always come up when the volume is being adjusted? Obviously it appears when watching content in MC, but I use the WDM driver for everything, so it would be nice if it could come up while watching Netflix, etc.

That's exactly what I'm looking for. Is this possible, or is it a feature request?

Yes it is part of my HTPC shell app that runs in a privileged context to get the Volume window to display on top of the Netflix AppX app. It talks to MC Server via MCC commands to adjust the volume.

I'm jealous.
