Title: how to use second monitor for movies display

Hello, I used some time ago an option that let me watch movies on my second monitor (Samsung LCD TV). I guess that with version 17 things have changed. I cannot find the option to display the movie on the second monitor. Do I miss something or is there another way to view a movie on the second screen, leaving the program on the first?

Any help would be appreciated.
