Title: Similarities to Windows Version
Post by: somebike on August 07, 2017, 07:23:41 pm
I am a PC user and I have a buddy that is an Apple guy and would like to use MC23 to stream Audio and Video to DAC/renderer via DLNA.  I am doing this very successfully with the PC version.  Will it be easy to recognize the program settings on a different platform and are there any issues I should be aware of the Mac version?  As you might expect, I will be his de facto support.  Any feedback appreciated.

If it's not obvious from the linked document note that:

1.  MC for Mac does not support playback of any physical discs.
2.  MC for Mac does not support any kind of DVD or BD structures like ISOs, VOBs, IFOs, M2TS, etc.  You must use decrypted video sources like MKVs, MP4, AVI, etc.
3.  There are no visualizations for Mac.
