Title: Alphabet in 'Categories' view not showing
Post by: Kev06 on September 11, 2021, 07:23:18 am
In the standard view, if I have a view set as 'file list' and tick the 'display an alphabet' option (in the 'customise view' window), an alphabet is duly shown.
However, if the view is set to 'categories' the option to show an alphabet is still present, but for some reason ticking it does not then result in an alphabet.

I'd expect that this should work in some way or other, as the option is offered (and it would indeed be very useful, with thumbnails taking more scrolling than text lists).
Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? (I have tried it with several different skins, including some of those supplied by default).

Thanks,
Kev

(edit: running on current Debian stable, if that makes any difference)
