Title: Transferring music backup to ext hard drive to play on qobuz

I tried to copy my backup music on jriver ver:24 to an extra hard drive. When doing that All I see is an icon of a stack of books That will not Open up. Even when I right click on the album and send to ext. drive it doesn’t not send it. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? Thanks so much
