Title: 'Clear List' option in Sync Action Window

I connect my iPod.
Right click on the action window gives me several options. One of them being 'Clear List'.
I have clicked it to find out what it does. I can not recognize any action.
Does anybody know what it does or shoudl do?

If you have files queued for transfer and you select 'Clear List' the queue will be reset and files removed from the queue.

Does it also uncheck the playlists that were responsible for putting the files in the queue?
