Title: How do I get MC to create the folder.jpg files?

Right now I have about 1300 albums with all the album cover art saved as part of the tags.  This works great.  Recently I discovered the very cool Xbox Media Center and that program can't read the album tags.  Instead it can read folder.jpg.

I see how to have the artwork saved as both - id tag and as folder.jpg - but how do I get MC to generate all the folder.jpg for music I already have?
