Title: i need help with pcm plug in please

ok i have a slight problem i wanna be able to play pcm through media center 9.1.316 but media center doesnt play the file.

So i went to download the plugin but everytime i go to plugins page it says error and i just cant get the plugins i need its probably just a problem with my browser i dunno but i really need it can anyone help me please.
