Title: Crash when trying to change file names and then cancelling

I just had a crash when I was trying to change file names and clicking "No" on the final confirmation. No problem, just wanted to report

Were you using the copy/rename tool in MC?

I tried and couldn't get it to crash, I need to know more about what you were doing since there are so many options in that tool.
