I've read the Upgrade Frequency (https://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php/topic,133849.0.html) topic. I don't mind the more frequent upgrades, since new features keep coming. Already upgraded to v.30.
However, I got reminded of one thing that is slightly annoying. The installation folder keeps changing (Media Center xx) and so do process names (Media Center xx.exe, MCxx.exe). When using a software firewall that does not simply "Allow all outbound", having to frequently update these rules can become annoying.
I know users can install two different MC versions at the same time, so asking you to simply remove the version number from folders/processes (J River/Media Center folder, Media Center.exe etc.) is probably not realistic, but perhaps you might consider another solution such as adding this as an option, even if this will disallow simultaneous installation of two MC versions.
