I just installed Bluestacks Android emulator and Gizmo works flawlessly.
BubbleUPnP also works really well.
All you need is a Gmail account and it sets you up with a normal Google play account in the emulator.
Bluestacks is $24 a year or you download their "apps of the day" pack and continue to use it for free with small ads.
Nice to have another tablet as a remote for MC19 using Windows 8. :)
