Title: License restore not working [Solved]

I purchased a license for Media Center 25, confirmed by email on Fri 3/22/2019.

I reset my windows 10 machine, downloaded MediaCenter250114-x64.exe, and attempted to use my license. Received error message "must install correct version"

Tried to restore my license by logging into JRiver, got a .mjr key, same error message.

How to I install and restore llicense for Media Center 25?

Thanks for the quick response. I found an old email with all the keys for all the versions I've purchased over the years and found the right one, installed great.

The key sent with the email was not for 25 but for a much older version.
