Today, we purchased JRemote for £9.99 from the Appstore on my partners iPhone 8 Plus, only to discover that video playback is not working at all.
I now really wish that we had read this thread (https://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php/topic,123270.0.html) first however, we naturally trusted JRiver to deliver a working product.
As there is no indicative timescale to fix the issue, how does one go about receiving a refund? Do we need to request this via Apple?

JRiver are aware and there is a fix being worked on for video playback. hopefully soon we will have an updated version in the app store.

i expect they are attempting to address some of the other items so it could take a little more time.

Thanks for the thread link, I had overlooked that one. Perhaps things are not as bad as they initially seemed.
I'll update the OH and see if they want to wait for the fix.

H @JimH - while you guys have the codebase open and are going to the effort to release a new version, can you look into the display expression issue mentioned in the following thread: https://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php/topic,124385.0.html (https://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php/topic,124385.0.html)? I think it may be an issue in MC itself, but if it's a JRemote issue, it would be nice to see it fixed while you're at it. Thanks!
