Title: Id stopped working with "The trial has expired" message

Could Bob or someone else assist, please? My Id boots, but it is not accepting connections from JRemote. I unplugged it, moved to another location, and rebooted into GUI only to see a message saying "The trial has expired" giving me an option to "Restore license" but it is asking for a key of some sort. Bit annoying! :)

Is this a good time, Bob, to try updating the firmware and the MC on this Id? If so, should I use the latest Id firmware USB ISO, which I have just downloaded, just in case?
