Title: New HTPC MC24 - Cannot Get Videos to Play

New fast computer with dedicated gpu.  I have gone through all of the trouble shooting but cannot get the videos to play using bitstreaming and ROHQ.  No issues with sound or amps as I can play youtube from the HTPC.

I have tried uninstall and reinstalling.  I have matched the resolution to that of the video and set amp settings to all be direct.

This is pretty much what I had from the previous HTPC.

just cannot get the video sources to play and MC24 keeps saying format not supported.

Any and all help appreciated.

Test without bitstreaming.

Video playback works but the sound endcoding does not carry across so just get PCM instead of atmos etc.
