How to set the default settings? For Mac is not found on the forum.  ?

From the forum (thanks to Matt):

First, make a library backup (File > Library > Back up) and put it somewhere safe.  This way you can go back if you want.

You can clear your library from File > Library.  This removes the files and playlists from the library (but not the physical files on disk).

You can manually erase your settings by deleting this file with the program closed:
~/Library/Application Support/J River/Media Center 20/Settings/User Settings.ini
(make sure you can view hidden files (use for example Tinkertools)
