Title: Buy a license AND buy the upgrade? How do I do that?

I have received emails regarding buying an upgrade.  As I do not yet own a license, how do I ensure that I get the upgrade as part of the discounted offering in the email?

Any license you buy right now will already be valid for MC23, so you don't need a separate upgrade.
